Assistant Manager – Security Services – Transguard Group , UAE

Job Description
Transguard Group is currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for it’s security manned guarding division. The successful candidate will be part of an exciting team, responsible for carrying out duties as outlined.

In this role, your responsibilities include the following;
Projecting the image of the property to the authorities, whilst liaising between various governments and the management of the two properties on security issues
Ensuring appropriate risk management aimed at avoiding or reducing losses by implementing a viable contingency plan
Training the Security Team
Ensuring that all security and safety procedures are effectively carried out
Ensuring external fire systems auditors are invited to audit and make recommendations as per the fire systems in accordance with the safety rules and regulations
Ensuring that firefighting equipment are in working condition, ready for use during emergency
Carrying out interviews and investigations of incidents and make reports and recommendations
Making reports and recommendations to management
Carrying out security inspection and audit on guards performance
Attending management briefings and addressing security/safety issues in on site with department heads
Management and control of Lost and found properties with the Police
Organise, coordinate and manage security team
Part of Security budget planning and control
Part of Security Policy making
Managing the operation in assigned area as per the satisfaction of client or any other task assigned by the client

Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience;
Minimum 10 years experience in Security industry both local & overseas
Proven local experience in Security operations is mandatory
Must be a Graduate or with 10 years military experience
