Maintain extensive knowledge of the respective Industry and of the current market conditions
Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
Identifying and researching opportunities that arise in new/ existing markets
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Manage the KPI’s and deliverables of the sales team
Work closely with sales support teams to work on bids and tender processes
Full responsibility of end to end contractual management for new sales opportunities
Ensuring new growth opportunities are handed over to operations teams seamlessly.
The successful incumbent will have strong communication and presentation skills.
He/she will possess the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
Carry commercial awareness.
Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and strategically.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent organisational skills.

Experience with preparing a financial summary will be essential
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Salesforce
