Provide end to end technology service for the associated business units encompassing solution delivery, application maintenance and support and business engagement.
Manage existing Channels area including Online, Mobile Banking related to Retail Banking Technologies.
Key Result Areas
Accountable for successful delivery of all new technology project/programs
Business Partner Engagement and review for the respective business groups. Build trust and confidence in technology capabilities for the respective business groups.
Identify and address key technology gaps in the respective business areas
Manage key stakeholders and the business partner review meetings and represent the relevant E2E boards on behalf of technology, owning and addressing Lean recommendations and action items arising out of the E2E boards.
Manage business expectations both in delivery and on support. Establish communication channels with business stakeholders for both issue resolution and new initiatives
Manage stream budget
Effective decision making capabilities resulting in positive outcomes to organisation
Identify and track key KPIs for the stream
Review root cause analysis performed by the clusters for critical issues and publish the same to business stakeholders
Ensure adherence of clusters to the service management process for all deliverables in the Technology Stream
Optimized technology solution delivery based on business requirements, existing applications, latest technology trends, total cost to operate, scalability and stability.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, control & audit requirements and manage all known risks related to team and projects working with the cluster leads.
Implement and deliver optimized Technology solutions for all changes and bug fixes working with Business, Technology operations, Technology Architects, ISG and Vendors
Focus on system consolidation and continuous process improvement.
Implement LEAN practices across Technology solution delivery
Ensure that the management is at all times informed of all risks, issues and their status.
Adhere to bank’s operational risk policy.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Functional knowledge of the domain associated with the stream
Cross border team management experience
Strong organizational, team building and leadership qualities.
Strong Portfolio/ Program management and general management skills.
Senior Stakeholder Management
Greater than 10 years of experience in Online, Mobile banking Technologies.
Knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methods of implementation
Working Knowledge of DevOps methodology desirable but not must
Knowledge of Online, Mobile Banking, Digital Banking and Technologies associated with the same is a must.
