Field Services Specialist – Nawah , UAE

Job Description
Participate in the management, administration, and execution of contract management activities supporting outages in-line with Nawah Energy Company’s (Nawah) policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring that all contractual commitments are executed and completed in a safe and efficient manner.

1. Service Contract Management
Participate in contract management activities to ensure that Nawah’s interests are protected during the preparation, implementation, and execution of outage related contracts.
Provide support to monitoring of contract development by tracking specific milestones and schedules, as directed, to ensure that milestones are met.
Participate in contract management activities during outage periods to ensure service contract compliance, such as:
Contract start-up activities.
Invoicing, payments, and charge-backs contract changes.
Release orders/task orders.
Participate in verification that contract responsibilities are fulfilled, that agreed milestones are met and that deliverables are provided according to the agreed terms and conditions:
Insurances Guarantees/Bonds.
Receipt and acceptance of the goods and services, dispute resolution, claims, and counter-claims Liquidated damages.
Supplier’s performance and non-performance and associated records, supplier relationship management.
Contract close-outs and extensions.
Ensure contract performance is in alignment with the Nawah Way and AT-SITE values for consistency.
Document field contract lessons learned to provide input to the lessons learned process and improve outage excellence.
Coordinate contract management activities with Contract Performance Management to ensure proper coverage of all required activities.
Keep and prepare contract information and ensure that Nawah’s interests are protected during the preparation, implementation and execution of outage related contracts.
Administer and execute contract management activities during outage periods to ensure service contract compliance, such as:
Contract start-up activities.
Invoicing, payments, and charge-backs contract changes.
Release orders/task orders.
Participate in verification that Ensure that contract responsibilities, agreed milestones, agreed deliverables are delivered according to the agreed terms and conditions:
Insurances Guarantees/Bonds.
Receipt and acceptance of the goods and services dispute resolution, claims and counter-claims liquidated damages.
Supplier’s performance and non-performance and associated records, supplier relationship management.
Contract close-outs and extensions.
Produce Develop lessons learned regarding contracts in order to improve outage excellence.
Participate in supporting and advising contract owners, project managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), end-users, and other stakeholders in contractual matters and in interpretation of the contract terms.
Participate in coordinating contract management activities with all stakeholders to ensure complete understanding.
Keep and prepare updated contract information and contractual records in different Information Technology-systems according to the agreed procedures and guidelines
2. Outage and Emergency Response Organization (ERO) Support
Support outage and/or the emergency response organization, as assigned, to ensure safe, reliable and continued operations; this may require shift work/off hours support.

3. Health and Safety and Security
Follow all relevant company’s Health and Safety policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure compliance in all aspects of work as per sound management practices. Apply these policies and procedures to self and others to ensure reasonable care of the health and safety of the employee; the environment; and various individuals who may be affected by the employee’s acts or omissions at work.
Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets.
Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to Crisis Management and Business Continuity in order to continue mission critical activities.

Skills
Education & Qualification

Minimum:
Bachelor of Science degree.
3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
5 years of relevant experience, of which:
2 years in Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) Nuclear Power Plant experience at an operational site and or Advanced Pressurized-water Reactor APR-1400, Open Pool Reactor (OPR)-1000 or Combustion Engineering Nuclear Steam Supply System (CE NSSS) Design, Work Management or Outage Management experience, as applicable for position.
