Job Description
Prepare the annual budget for the expenses of the institution (such as insurance, maintenance, agriculture, custody, administrative services … etc).
Approval, management and control of all procurement activities such as: supplier relationship management, purchase requisitions, direct purchase, practices, public and limited bidding and auctions to ensure that all goods and services are provided in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
Analyzing the institution’s needs for materials, goods and services in order to provide them with qualified suppliers according to the best quality specifications and competitive prices.
Overseeing the implementation of the annual procurement plan with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness in meeting the needs of both internal and external clients in order to rationalize expenditures.
Strengthening relationships with the strategic suppliers of the institution to obtain the best offers and competitive prices for goods and services in order to rationalize expenditures. And comply with the interests of the institution at all times and ensure the purchase of operational needs with the utmost rationalization of expenses in costs with no violation of the quality standard.
Overseeing the preparation and drafting of the Corporation’s contracts with suppliers of goods or services and managing them through follow-up to implementation, amendment, renewal or termination of the contract.
Supervising the institution’s warehouses and warehouses and organizing the cycle of materials and items in relation to receiving, storing, disbursing, returning, transferring, canceling or destroying them, in addition to participating in examining them before receipt and the annual inventory process for them, implementing this session and controlling them, preparing warehouse supply programs and determining the quantity of inventory and keeping the records of stores.
Supervising and organizing the organization’s fixed assets management by identifying and tracking the location of the assets, the amount of assets, the status of the assets, maintenance and depreciation of the assets, in addition to participating in the annual inventory in its annual inventory process, and implementing and monitoring this course.
Managing the Corporation’s public facilities by providing services such as insurance, hygiene, guarding, agriculture, and preventive or corrective maintenance of the main building and transmission stations of the institution, in addition to monitoring and providing security, health and safety standards to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Supervision and follow-up of the Foundation’s construction projects.
Managing the organization’s fleet and associated services such as registration, renewal, insurance, and reinsurance, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance of all vehicles.
Oversee administrative services to secure the needs of the institution’s departments, including furniture, offices, office supplies, correspondents, drivers, brushes, hosting services, travel tickets, catering and postal services.
Any other duties assigned to him within the scope of his work.

Qualifications
The completion of the national service.
A graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
No less than 7 years of work experience in the same field.
Familiarity with the use of government resource planning (GRP) / Oracle systems.
