Job Description
Implementing and preparing job descriptions for employees and following them up .
Supervising the updating of the website regarding employment.
Prepare and implement employee employment contracts in accordance with the Human Resources Law.
Establish and develop recruitment procedures according to the needs of the institution.
Review and suggest recommendations and improvements in employment policies and procedures.
Preparing the schedule of interviews, following up on employment requests and conducting with all the competent authorities inside and outside the institution.
Supervising the arrangement and organization of personnel files.
Maintaining the confidentiality of work, reports and files and the nature of their contents.
Contribute to the preparation of statistics and data for employees.
Carrying out and preparing a study for the training needs of the institution periodically and coordinating to cover these needs with the heads and managers of the organization’s departments.
He coordinates with training bodies and external institutes to implement the courses for the candidates.
It monitors the participants ’benefit from the training programs, by sending training evaluation forms to be presented to them after the trainees return from the training program.
Establish working relationships with recruitment companies and consultants to facilitate the recruitment of the best talents and negotiate with them to conclude employment service delivery agreements.
Implementing and preparing a monthly report on the training programs to his direct official showing the progress of the training process, and the conclusion of this periodic report with an annual report at the end of the year showing the difference between the previous year and years in relation to training .
Preparing, preparing and printing official letters and monthly reports.
Oversee job applications for new employees who want to join the organization and arrange interviews for them with the line manager.

Qualifications
The completion of the national service .
Graduate of a Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resources) or equivalent.
No less than 3 years of experience in the field of human resources.
Familiarity with the use of government resource planning ( GRP ) / Oracle systems.
A high degree of fluency in speaking and writing in Arabic and English.
