Information and Cyber Security Project Manager – Nawah Energy , Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description
Manage projects within the Cyber Security area by acting as a mentor and apply project management professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams in order to ensure projects are delivered as per schedule, cost, and scope in compliance with the approved methodology.
Project and Program Management

Responsibility and Accountabilities:
Design projects throughout its life cycle to deliver the scope and outcomes.
Implement required project controls and methodologies to ensure alignment to agreed governance.
Stakeholder Engagement, Communications and Reporting

Responsibility and Accountabilities:
Assess and analyze information from Stakeholders, functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and agreed Security governance and other key stakeholders (as required) to assist in the development of Projects.
Facilitate communications across the Information and Cyber Security Program and between other Projects and components.
Establish an open and effective communication internally and externally in order to build and nurture effective working relationships.
Create Progress Reports and other reports pertaining the Cyber Security Projects, as may be required for reporting purposes to line management and externally.
Facilitate and record regular project progress meetings to ensure visibility and alignment.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders as required to support the development, understanding and delivery of project deliverables and milestones.
Resource Management

Responsibility:
Analyze project budget from initiation to closure including all aspects under the budget and cost management such as financial milestones and payment schedules to ensure consistency and adherence to approved budget.
Undertake capacity planning and resource loading for the Project(s) to be able to effectively manage staff movements against schedule.
Co-ordinate and manage resources for assigned Project(s) to ensure all project members work to achieve agreed objectives.
Schedule Development and Monitoring

Responsibility:
Work closely with the Enterprise Information and Cyber Security management team and the wider Security organization, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and vendors to support the development and maintenance of an integrated, logic linked resource loaded project schedule to ensure incorporation in the overall Nawah schedule.
Analyze threats and opportunities that may impact the schedule and create corrective action plans with Project Team Members and Project Sponsor to ensure threats are mitigated effectively.
Assess and Analyze Impact Assessments of Change Requests on the integrated schedule and its components to support decision making.
Ensure changes to the Project(s) scope and schedule are tracked and managed to ensure consistent alignment with sponsor expectations.
Risk and Issues Management

Responsibility:
Facilitate Risk and Issues Workshops to identify and capture risks and issues with mitigations strategies and actions.
Review and update Risk and Issues in Active Risk Management System (ARM) to support Project Team Members in driving mitigation actions.
Undertake data downloads and analysis as maybe required of Risks and Issues to support reporting, trend analysis and action tracking.
Health and Safety and Security

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Follow all relevant company’s Health and Safety policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure compliance in all aspects of work as per sound management practices. Apply these policies and procedures to self and others to ensure reasonable care of the health and safety of the employee; the environment; and various individuals who may be affected by the employee’s acts or omissions at work.
Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets.
Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to Crisis Management and Business Continuity in order to continue mission-critical activities.

Skills
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ experience
Diploma, Military or Police Academy graduate with 10 years’ experience
or High School with 12 years’ experience
