Project Manager owns the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project, and is accountable for delivering projects to concerned department after deployment and testing.
Manage and oversee Implementation and Project Management team in analysing Etihad requirements and processes
Work closely with higher management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support, in charge of a team to get the objective accomplished
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Assess project and program management principles, methods and techniques, interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings
Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
Education & Experience
1+ Year experience in Contact Center Industry
3+ Year experience in Project Management
Six Sigma Green Belt
COPC Implementation Leader is an advantage
Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification
