The position is responsible for Trade sales activities of a designated customer portfolio in a view to maximize trade business opportunities/income

Key Result Areas
Manage corporate client’s trade finance requirements with a view to provide value-added support to respective relationship team by offering suitable package of products.
Enhancing risk profile of a borrowing client by structuring robust trade facilities while ensuring optimum utilization.
Ensure providing enhanced service solution to the portfolio of clients via concerned customer service & related teams.
Maintain adequate and consistent level of trade sales activities that provide the required support to comfortably build up a strong deals pipeline and to achieve the trade sales objectives.
Adhere to Mashreq Bank procedures and governance for job role conduct as well as products sales/offering while fully comprehend and comply with AML, Financial Crime Risk and Sanctions policies.
To ensure full awareness and understanding of bank’s offerings & solutions on digitization.
Educating the client about the available capabilities of our digital platform with a view to enhance the on-line transactions penetration rate.
To Live the values of MB in all job aspects and dealings with Clients, Peers, and Internal & External Stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
University Degree in Business Administration, or related field at a graduate level preferred. Proficiency in UCP 600, URC, URR rules and guidelines. Trade certification such as CDCS is a plus.

10- 12 years progressive professional experience in the banking or financial institution, 5-7 years of which at Trade Finance Ops.

Fully literate and well versed in Trade Finance products (Imports, Exports, Islamic Finance, etc.) Strong presentation skills on trade related topics.
