You will be working as a Service Sales Account Manager and will be the part of Industrial Automation Business Area for Energy Industries Division based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be reporting to Service Sales manager and will be responsible for driving growth on designated customer account(s) each year utilizing all available service portfolios focused on share of wallet and leading growth of selected portfolios across other customer accounts. You will be managing the marketing and sales action plans to both achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Achieving profitable order growth in line with Division or Product Group strategy for the account by taking steps in penetrating maximum service portfolio by collaboration with specific portfolio champions and maximizing penetration of specific portfolios to market (across customer accounts).
Developing and maintaining healthy opportunity pipeline in line with the growth plan. Establishing and maintaining high quantity of customer engagement tracked by visit reports, achieving minimum target for KPI.
Developing, maintaining and managing the sales and account plan, building a supporting account team and executing agreed strategies.
Establishing long term customer relationships with key customers and decision makers by understanding their requirements, regulations and exhibiting high expertise in technical solutions and products.
Accomplishing a high level of quality, enhancing value for our customers and representing ABB in the future-thinking digital solutions.
Collaborating with the key resources within the organization, identifying market potential from the installed base (IB), providing cost effective value-based solutions to the customers. Retaining existing customers and acquiring new customer base for ABB.

A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Service Business and 3-5 years in Service Sales leadership position, along with good knowledge and understanding of service solutions applicable in Energy Industries.
Required strong customer focus, result-oriented, leadership, service mindset and ability to work across reporting lines.
Should demonstrate capability to successfully collaborating with others in a boundary less fashion.
Required good communication and interpersonal skills.
