You will be working as a Service Sales Manager – Digital Portfolio and will be the part of Electrification Business Area for Global Market Division based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be reporting to Local Business Manager and will be responsible for using consultative and value-based sales techniques to understand potential customer´s needs and recommending ELDS ((Electrification Distribution Solutions) Service Digital Portfolio in a compelling and strategic fashion. You will be responsible for prospecting and building a pipeline of business within already existing customer base (mainly with ELDS Switchgear Installed Base) as well as new customers (mainly having 3rd Party Switchgear Installed Base).
Your primary focus will be on developing new business through selling new digital applications & solutions to existing customer accounts.
You will also be responsible for marketing the digital portfolio by attending relevant fairs and customer events within the allocated market, analytical reporting, successful localization, implementation and integration of the relevant digital applications and solutions.
Developing a strategic sales plan and individual accounting tactics for allocated markets effectively penetrating and identifying business needs with ultimate decision makers. Exceeding sales quota by creating and communicating the value of the relevant digital applications and solutions with prospective customers.
Showing proficient presentation abilities to small as well as large audiences either in-person, via conference calls and/or web enabled environments using Power Point and other technologies.
Identifying customer´s win-results by asking the right questions. Identifying customer needs and positioning Digital Portfolio solutions which add value to the customer and set ELDS service above the competition.
Engaging multiple decision makers and driving consensus and securing commitment throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
Collaborating and communicating with team members to ensure strong, positive, and profitable customer relations. Maintaining a positive reputation and credibility during and after the initial sales process.
Demonstrating a high level of professionalism with colleagues and customers daily.
Demonstrating a high level of intellectual curiosity, problem solving techniques and desire to learning from team members and other experts in the field.

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of recent digital sales experience with a proven track record of identifying business opportunities, creating and executing a sales plan, profound experience in services business and sales.
Good working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Good analytic skills in understanding business needs and transforming into solution.
Fluent spoken and written English as well as local market language.
