Transformation Specialist – Mashreqbank , UAE

Job Purpose
Design, build, test and deploy new digital products, transforming client’s digital lifecyle across all channels
Implement and execute the digital strategy & change management plan for the corporate bank
Leverage new technologies (implementation of big data & analytics, AI, machine learning, blockchain, robotics, etc.)
Coach and train users to ensure adoption
Product launch marketing and communication strategies to support digital agenda

Key Result Areas:
Manage and strategize front line relationship team mobility strategy and adoption to improve frontline effectiveness
Manage and implement improved lead generation through advanced analytics and big data and external data sources
Design, build and test processes that are digitized to address commercial routines that improve front-office effectiveness
Improve connectivity with clients and cost-to-serve through genuine multichannel banking
Automation of processes end-to-end leveraging improvements in service and operational costs

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Overall experience 5-8 years in this space
Strong project management & agile methodologies
Deep knowledge of the bank’s business lines & support functions as well as the challenges driven by cutting-edge technologies, and apply these learnings in driving the digital transformation of the bank
Demonstrate adaptability, excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Bachelor or master degree in engineering, information technologies or computer science
Agile / PMP certification
Passionate about new technologies with applied exposure
Developed skills in the following areas: new business strategy, digital transformation, change management
Exposure in executing strategic programs impacting multiple stakeholders
Significant experience in organizational projects (organization design or redesign) and operational transformation (operational excellence, operating system, performance improvement)
Deep knowledge and practice of tools and referential for change management (strategy alignment, development and implementation of Change and communication strategy, impact analysis)
Capacity to animate and drive seminars and workshops / trainings
