To find and introduce new creative partners to the ADMZA, managing the relationship with them to maximise their business and creative potential once they have joined the zone.

duties & responsibilities

Identify and evaluate prospective partners
Scout major events and festivals to pick up news of latest media initiatives and connect with prospective partners
Lead the process of evaluating partners with internal stakeholders – reviewing the partners business plan and zone facilities requirements
Make recommendations to ADMZA senior management on the suitability of a prospective partner to join the zone based on their creative potential and commercial prospects

Lead the process of introducing partners into ADMZ
Manage the preparation of the commercial agreement between ADMZA and the partner
Co-ordinate the activities of all internal stakeholders to enable the partner to be on boarded within the agreed timescale

Manage existing partner accounts
Maintain an overall account management relationship with existing partners .
Scope of relationship to cover logistical partner aspects such as expansions , change of business plans , lease & licensing renewal , payments , change of occupied office facilities …etc
Assist the facilitation director in partner communications

technical / professional skills /experience
Bachelor of Marketing, Business or equivalent ,MBA is a preference
Business development or sales experience – 7-10 years
MENA market experience
Media industry experience and background is a must
Arabic desirable Â

Project management
Client relationship building
