The jobs in this level are responsible for handling administrative tasks such as order processing, handling correspondence, daily customers’ requirements of creation, activation, de-activation..etc on CRM, reviewing and distributing sales related documents and tracking reports. The jobs in this level are also responsible for developing commission related reports and ensuring proper follow-up on commission payment process for distributors & Corporate Sales.
Control the stock level in the regional warehouses and manage the transfer process to support sales channels in all regions
Handle administrative tasks such as order processing, handling correspondence, tracking reports, reviewing and distributing sales related documents in order to enhance communication between the sales support team
Handle the daily requirements of creation, activation, de-activation, customers e-mailing, contracts documentation..etc
Develop daily /monthly commission report and coordinate with concerned departments to secure the validation and payment whilst ensuring respect of agreed SLAs
Handle administrative tasks necessary to get the approval of commission scheme and to ensure proper follow-up on commission payment process for distributors to ensure promptness, accuracy and respect of agreed SLAs
Follow up and calculate the monthly commission for KAMs
Develop weekly commission payment reports and submit the report to the concerned Department.
Apply daily Sales process on TABS including sold, issuing and serial assignment.
Develop and send daily Corporate Sales reports to related parties and sales management.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration-related field or equivalent
Up to 2 years of experience in related field
