Content Officer – eCommerce – Alshaya , Kuwait

Job Profile
Responsible for the management and delivery of localized web site product and generic on site content in a timely manner to ensure new products are launched on time as required by the brand, as well as ensuring on site content is accurate and updated as required by the brand/market. Responsible for the management of translators to ensure the timely translation of site and marketing content in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Experience
1-2 years in an eCommerce content role.
Retail experience.
International experience with multiple brands.
Culturally sensitive.
Experience in a fast paced environment.
Experience in handling several tasks/projects simultaneously.

Skills
Organization, prioritisation, and management skills.
Resilience and great attention to detail.
Ability to motivate and influence team and individuals
Strong presentation skills
Strong interpersonal/networking skills
Content information structure, usability testing, copywriting management, and UAT.
Use of Adobe suite (advantageous)
HTML coding (advantageous)
Microsoft Office – advanced excel skills.
