Customer Service Specialist – Honeywell , Saudi Arabia

Purpose of the position:
Supporting the head of the service department and his other employees by effectively dealing with matters related to the implementation of orders and customer service for the HBS Serwis department.

Responsibility and responsibilities:
– registration, entering and confirming orders from customers for goods and services (SAP)
– placing orders with suppliers / subcontractors, monitoring deliveries, verification of purchase invoices (SAP, Compass)
– issuing invoices for the sale of goods and services (SAP)
– registration and setting up new customers and suppliers in the system (SAP)
– customer opinion research: sending customer surveys, contacting customers to assess their satisfaction
with the services provided, reporting on survey results (Medallia)
– generating and sending orders for service engineers in the registration system working time (FX Service Management System)
– checking, correcting and exporting engineer work cards (FX Service Management System – SAP)
– diagnosis and reporting irregularities in the FX application
– close cooperation with a financial analyst in matters related to settlements with customers and suppliers.

Requirements and expectations:
– good knowledge of English
– a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
– very good knowledge of MS Office
– ability to use the SAP system welcome
– excellent organization of work and resistance to stress
– high commitment to new challenges and the ability to search for effective solutions,
– communication skills, teamwork
– the ability to build positive relationships with clients
