Managerial Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and managing direct reports performance.
2. Set the department’s goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to reporting sections, and guide their achievement.
3. Contribute to the development of the sector’s policies, procedures and processes through providing input as advised by the direct supervisor.
4. Provide direction and advice to the direct reports in performing their delegated responsibilities.
5. Ensure the ongoing development of the department’s employees, and assure the developmental activities of direct reports.
6. Oversee the overall performance of direct reports and ensure KPI’s are well communicated and monitored.
7. Ensure effective identification, allocation and utilization of the division’s resources

Functional responsibilities
Lead the setting of objectives and KPIs for Mobily units, divisions, and senior management – based on a clear understanding of Mobily strategy and objectives, customer needs, competitive landscape, and foreseeable market evolution.
Establish processes to ensure efficient setting and evaluation of KPIs
Engage with Mobily units to achieve buy-in for proposed KPIs, obtain performance outcomes, including supporting commentary and analysis
Identify performance gaps, analyse likely causes and risks, and propose tactical, corrective solutions in partnership with the affected units
Create, facilitate and manage the appropriate implementation of company-wide initiatives to improve Mobily performance, such as Balanced Scorecard
Support the development and improvement of overall Mobily performance framework
Identify and develop new KPIs, including management of baseline setting
Track and develop an understanding of key internal and external developments, contribute to the identification of opportunities for performance improvement.
Create reports, presentations and documentation for communication to senior management related to the full range of activities and initiatives under CPM.
Perform other duties as required by higher levels of supervision
