Responsible for carrying out clerical, phone and administrative responsibilities while simultaneously representing the executive office.
She must be detail oriented, have the ability to multitask and be a personable and professional representative of the general manager’s office.
Coordinates inter-departmental work projects and serves as a liaison between her boss and other company employees.
Coordinate between Executive Directors ,Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) office, department heads , and executive staff ,customers and suppliers as and when required.
Able to handle/ manage meeting and schedules of the manager
Supervising follow staff ,like messenger ,driver ,typist ,fax operators ,telephone operator ,office boy and cleaning staff allocation /assign relevant duties to them when it necessar.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
With 3-5 years of related experience
Self motivated and able to clearly communicate with the team and management at all levels.
Very good presentation skills and ability to provide/receive training.
Excellent written and communication skills.
