Job Role:
Plan and deliver strategic marketing campaigns to promote and enhance awareness of IsDB.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for planning and delivering IsDB’s strategic marketing campaigns.
Responsible for overseeing the delivery of creative and strategic campaigns to promote IsDB brand to key stakeholders
Responsible for production of marketing materials for live events, external communications materials, internal communications materials, digital website and social channels, and physical signage in offices
Responsible for maintaining and protecting brand identity across all IsDB platforms and channels
Collaborate with colleagues across the IsDB and the wider marketing division to deliver fully-integrated campaigns
Become a trusted adviser to senior colleagues and IsDB leadership on strategic marketing initiatives
Manage internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activity supports the specific needs of the bank, including regional hubs
Support the Marketing Manager in fostering a high-performing team culture
Job Requirements:
Academic qualifications
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
Languages
• English (Mandatory)
• Arabic (Mandatory)
• French (Preferred)
Minimum number of years and nature of experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience in managing events, providing lead advice on events themes, directing discussions and providing meaningful synthesis for the event outcome.
Job specific competencies
• Results-driven with strong track record in leading high profile above the line and below the line campaigns
• Effective stakeholder management and understanding of internal team processes
• Confident project manager with the ability to run projects to budget and to deadline
• Lateral thinker with ability to see the bigger picture and harness all the tools in the marketing mix
