Your tasks and responsibilities
You will be responsible for organizing, steering, and controlling of all Logistical activities with the objective of maximizing the contribution to operating profit from materials & services in order to increase the EVA of Siemens Healthcare Ltd.
You will organize and control the Supply Chain activities in the area of responsibility (e.g. Order management) with the objective of achieving cost benefits, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction through the best possible.
You will be responsible for Supply Chain services (flow of material, value, information) as well as optimizing the processes and the use of resources.
You will Initiate and control customs clearance activities for import and export such as Approval management, Shipment document administration, Transportation management.
You will be responsible for Ordering and tracking of defined shipments, from PO creation till the delivery & payment. Supporting customs clearance with associated documents (SFDA, SASO, CITS, SABER, Customes)
You will need to meet required financial targets; that all assets are appropriately stored, maintained and protected.
You will need to ensure that all warehouse facilities are maintained for professional appearance and meeting technical, certification.
You will maintain the RG in the ERP (SPIRIDON) system
You will document and processe complaints or transport damages with responsible partners (Suppliers, Service providers, Project Purchase, Insurance) to secure any recourse claims and to take further measures.
Your qualifications and experience
Approximately 1-3 years of experience in various functions and several areas of Logistics as well as several years of extensive cross-functional experience gained in different functional areas.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any similar discipline.
Your attributes and skills
Strong in communication, organizational and as well as strategic thinking.
Ability to work under stress.
