Paralegal / Legal Assistant – ext – ABB , UAE

Your responsibilities
Preparing documentation and assisting in researching, compiling, correspondence, etc. Overseeing document transfer to and from law firm offices and handle correspondence with lawyers, in addition to requesting and filing documents is required. Coordinating payments (invoices and billing) relating to legal services fees.

Answering to enquiries and deals with both incoming and outgoing correspondence in connection with administrative matters. Communicating with any relevant parties to collect documents.
Implementing ABB processes and engages with other team members in continuous improvement of processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintaining records/databases/filing systems/archives, in electronic and/or hard copy format.
Performing general administrative activities and provide any related support for Legal & Integrity. Managing purchase order, accrual and invoice for ongoing matters and ensure payment.

Your background
Must have a bachelor’s degree.
3-7 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant working in a law firm or corporation.
Business level in verbal and written English, basic knowledge of accounting is required.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and SAP and good interpersonal skill and teamwork required.
