The School of Business Management and Information Technology invites applications for Part-Time positions the following fields.

Duties:
Reporting to the Chair, the Faculty member will be commitment to applied and experiential learning as a pedagogy and a key feature of the College’s mandate. S/he will be expected to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate authentic learning experiences and assessments incorporating contemporary tools and resources to maximize content learning in context and to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes identified in program outcomes. The ideal candidate will have digital literacy and demonstrate fluency in technology systems, with an ability to model and facilitate use of current and emerging digital tools to support research and learning.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
A Master’s degree (or equivalent as designated and approved) in a relevant discipline from a recognized, accredited institution.
3 years teaching experience in a post-secondary, adult training or industry training environment,
5 years of employment experience as a practitioner/professional within a relevant discipline.

Other requirements
Demonstrated experience in current technology systems, and an ability to model and facilitate use of current and emerging digital tools to enhance effectiveness. With the willingness to learn and apply any other new technology necessary to enhance learning.
A proven track record in developing curricula or coursework is valued.
Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Education (e.g. Post-secondary Education, Adult Education or Vocational Education) considered to be an asset.
Record of successful participation/leadership in applied research projects is also considered to be an asset
