Job Summary
Manage the daily activities of the Projects Service Center by scheduling jobs and assisting Engineers during work, take ownership of the project implementation; inspect finished work; verify records ; trains employees and updates their technical knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
B-Tch / B.Sc/ B.E in Electronics & Communication, Computers or related fields
Minimum experience of 3-4 year(s) in similar positions.

Required Skills
Excellent Time Management & supervisory skills.
Knowledge in Project management.
Capable of working under pressure, organized especially during emergency cases.
Excellent working knowledge in Operating Systems.
Excellent analytical skill in Trouble shouting.
Experience in low voltage System installation, Configuration, and maintenance.
Team player.
Excellent communication skills.
Handles customers’ property with care.
Basic Accounting skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule the daily program taking into consideration the availability of the manpower, skills, customers’ requirements, etc.
Verify installations; system testing’s; ensuring that the results are clearly recorded and customer approvals taken where necessary.
Ensure the smooth coordination and communication between principles and division.
Responsible for the project completion sign off for all Job Orders of EBD.
Secure and Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts.
Responsible for conducting customer satisfaction surveys and necessary analyses to monitor the performance of projects service center; keep the Division manager updated.
Ensure that all the records, manuals, and the work instructions of the projects service center are being properly maintained.
Ensure that the tools and equipments of the projects service center are being properly maintained and calibrated as per the requirements.
Preparation of the necessary monthly reports required by the management.
Train the projects service center personnel to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Shall be knowledgeable of A.A. Bin Hindi internal procedures and policies.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as agreed upon by the Division Manager and Job holder.
