The College of the North Atlantic – Qatar is inviting nominations and applications for the position of Student Services Senior Specialist/ Specialist in the Admissions and Registration Department. The successful candidate must be a proven leader with the skills and expertise necessary to support the Student Services Department in fully implementing the College’s mission and vision.

Duties & Responsibilities:
This position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will provide administrative support to the Student Services Section.
The candidate should have significant experience working in Admissions and Registration or a related field preferably within higher education, and possess the qualifications necessary to be successful in the role of Student Services Senior Specialist/ Specialist.
Candidates will also provide the Admissions and Registration Department with required support in the different sections of the department as outlined in the Job Description.

Qualifications
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Language:
Fluency in written and spoken English is required
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is required

Other Required Skills:
Good organization skills with a high standard of professional integrity. A proactive can-do attitude to work and good time management is essential. The ability to think analytically and solve problems and a good attention to detail is required. Commitment to positive relationship building and effective working relationships across all levels of the organisations is required. Candidates should demonstrate explanatory communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English language is required.
