The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsiblefor conducting various recruitment activities that will provide line managerswith a suitable pool of applicants from which to select and for negotiating andfinalizing contracts with candidates
Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences, as well as interview and select applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position as per the set company policy.
Develop recruitment plans based on staffing needs and select most appropriate recruitment methods to source candidates.
Suggest improvements to the recruitment lifecycle in order to ensure efficiency in sourcing candidates.
Build effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges and universities for recruitment purposes.
Identify opportunities for recruitment campaigns; plan, communicate and drive them upon approval.
Create, implement and oversee a set of operational metrics measuring the effectiveness of the department across all functions.
Createand implement automated statistical reports as requested in order to ensureproper staĸng analysis and recruitment process monitoring
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
2-3 years of experience in Recruitment.
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in MS Office.
