Responsible for the transactional process at the Iberville plant in order to maintain the usage declarations by work order (code 03,18, 26).
Conduct the analysis and provide explanations of the usage variances of the work orders.
Responsible for the transactional tracking process for all material movements, consignment input and output, quality rejects, change of location.
Responsible for analyzing the variances related to cyclical counting and conducting transactions to update them.
Participate and contribute with the cyclical counting team to identify opportunities for improvement in order to understand and decrease our usage variances on our work orders.
Responsible for analyzing the Over Issue Report every day and conducting transactions to update it.
Analyze various data sources in the aim of identifying opportunities for improvement.
Fill out the production usage reports and distribute them.
Initiate or participate in the development of procedures to improve Production’s transactional process.
Know the inventory management control systems.
Responsible for the process of receiving all goods entering the Iberville plant and sending the appropriate documentation to the Accounts Payable Department.
Master the transactional billing process for all shipments made from the Iberville plant.
