Primary Responsibilities:
Community Management: Responding to customers on social media & online channels
Coverage: Social Media live & stories
Posting & Content Creation: Source, Write, Edit & publish engaging content for online channels
Reporting: Social Media tracking & reporting of owned channels KPIs, competitors and paid ads
Secondary Responsibilities:
Maintaining Social Media Folders
Support photography studio and sessions
Updating online flyers
Liaising with buyers on Social Media for content approval & customer inquiries
Social Media coverage of marketing events
Innovating creative video or static content to increase followers engagement
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
Graduate education
+2 Years’ experience in a similar function
Excellent communication & written skills in Arabic, English & Kuwaiti dialect
Creativity and ability to think outside the box
Team player
Able to produce project plans and work to deadlines
PC proficient
