Maersk Training, a leading learning provider to the global Oil & Gas and offshore related industries, has just launched the most advanced offshore training and simulation center in the world. To facilitate our growth, we require ambitious, international and dynamic people to join our Oil & Gas department for training across the Middle East region. We are looking for the right person with potential, ability and willingness to pass on experience and competences to drilling operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
The scope will be to manage the training rig and guide all the training in relation to the drilling and service line:

• Supervise & consistently promote the instructors. Contribute to instructors learning & growth, oversee testing & assessment and monitors trainee progress and achievement.
• Assuring liaison with personnel to maintain consistent standards of operation and quality of training implementation.
• Coordinating the counselling of trainees.

Who we are looking for
The right candidate –
• Shall have a minimum of Bachelor degree and preferably a Master’s degree. Specialization shall be in one or more of the subjects taught in the training facility. Post Graduate Certificate in education or school administration is desirable.
• Fifteen (15) years of training and administrative experience, at least six (6) of which shall be as a school and/or training institution administrator.
• Excellent command of oral and written English. To be computer competent with knowledge & experience in technological instructional delivery.
