Project Manager – Security Solutions – Naffco – Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
 Project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling.
 Track and report monthly progress and invoicing.
 Manpower planning and allocation of manpower.
 Ensure timely submission of notifications and claims for variation works.
 Analyze actual performance against the original project plan and carry out adjustments consistent with plan objectives.
 Establish and maintain an effective line of communication with project stakeholders about the progress and issues involving the project.
 Liaise with client/consultant/contractor for the resolution of technical issues.
 Appropriately manage the project team as per approved project plan.
 Ensure that all members understand their deliverables for the project.
 Ensure that project objectives and deliverables are timely addressed in order to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
 Analyze risk, apply risk management strategies and develop contingency plans.
 Ensure safety rules on project sites are adhered to. Acquire project completion certificate from clients upon project completion.

Desired Candidate Profile Experience:
 Proven track record in successfully handling and delivering projects across the UAE involving Structured Cabling, CCTV, ACS, SMATV/IPTV, Intercom, Parking Management,
Wi-Fi & Networking, Guest Room Management systems, Audio Visual & BGM Systems.. etc.
Skills Required:
 Outstanding problem solving, presentation and public speaking skills.
 Ability to balance the project constraints such as scope, quality, schedule, resources and risks.
Education:
 Degree in Electrical & Electronics or a related discipline.
Driving License: Required (Mandatory)
