Charter Sales Officer – Etihad Aviation Group , UAE

Providing customers with charter pricing on Etihad freighters using route analysis, costing system and dealing with external suppliers for third party services to ensure competitiveness.
Keeping a record of all charter enquiries and developing a weekly report of market data.
All administration support for the Charter team, including approvals for charter flights, co-ordination with flight operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth Charter operation.
Monitor competitors’ new routes, pricing and strategic plans.
Contribute to the Charter sales target for 2019 by providing cost effective solutions to customers utilizing the EY fleet and network.
Manage the Charter Tool, issue contracts, co-ordinate with finance for raising timely invoices and registering contracts in the Legal system.
Co-ordinate with all related stake holders to ensure Full Data Capture of Charter Air Waybills are updated within agreed SLA’s.
Keeping a record of all charter enquiries and developing a weekly report of market data.

Graduation in any stream is preferred.
3 – 5 years in aviation sales, marketing and relationship management.
High computer literacy with Analytical skills.
Industry knowledge in Cargo Chartering through previous sales/broker experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of Cargo Capacity Control and Pricing preferred.
Freight/logistics industry experience is essential.
