Overview
Aramco, a global leader in the energy industry, is seeking an experienced professional to join our growing Chemicals business. This role will lead and develop a diverse team of experts to foster generation of insights through financial analysis of Aramco Chemicals’ affiliates, such as joint ventures and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
Provide in-depth financial analyses of business performance by leveraging a thorough understanding of the petrochemicals industry market dynamics in terms of supply/demand balances, operating rates and global and regional business dynamics.
Coordinate business plan activities for affiliates, and various reports as per Aramco’s financial planning calendar.
Coach the team to create and maintain financial models for the actual results reporting in combination with short-term to long-term projections, and prepare periodical forecasting as required.
Analyze monthly financial statements of affiliates.
Prepare management reports for commercial and business leaders
Support and advise on financial matters for Aramco and affiliate Board submissions.
Manage adjustments and accruals in cooperation with Aramco corporate accounting teams.
Coordinate the impairment/value loss activities, including testing.
Identify areas of performance improvement in the business of the affiliates.
Provide specialized financial advice and support to evaluate capital projects.
Monitor reports on industry profitability and margins, and compare the results to Aramco Chemicals’ business portfolio.
Provide support in business integration for subsidiaries, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related discipline. MBA, Masters in Finance, and/or professional financial certification preferred (e.g. CPA, CFA, CIMA, etc.) strongly preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in developing financial models and conducting financial analysis for the petrochemical industry, including at least eight years of analytical and operational background in the petrochemical industry with a focus on market intelligence and financial modelling.
Understanding of business agreements.
Ability to work independently and effectively through vertical organizational levels and with people from different departments and different nationalities.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and networking skills.
Flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally.
Passion for mentorship and knowledge sharing to support the development of promising talent.
