Operations Executive – Aramex , UAE

Responsibilities :
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Provide an efficient baggage handling in checking and sealing them properly.
Label bags with identification.
Schedule the delivery of the shopping bags according to the customer’s request.
Hitting the team’s daily target orders.
Communicate service capabilities to the customers confidently.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Sustain a professional and courteous manner with customers.
Take full responsibility of the counter and customer visits.
Keep record of daily service activity.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Abide by Mystery shopper guidelines at all times
Perform any other works as and when assigned by the Management
