Role purpose:
To ensure and manage all transportation activities under Logistics within Nesma in order to provide timely and efficient support and service to its own employees

Key Activities:
Ensure appropriate safety procedures for transportation
Ensure high level of employees service is emphasized at all levels
Carry out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures
Ensure drivers are performing all of their necessary tasks and responsibilities
Maintain frequent contact with management staff and employees
Mentor and assist employees
Manage staff of drivers
Communicate effectively with employees
Implement approved Logistics department’s policies, processes, and procedures
Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

Skills
6 to 8 years of Gulf experience in similar position
strong Communication skills
Fluent in English
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Working knowledge of transport operations.
