Role Purpose
The IT Business Analysis Specialist is responsible for producing the outline designs of new IT systems for others to develop and build. He/ she will be involved in monitoring small projects’ implementation.

Key Accountabilities
Coordinate with developers and end users in order to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Draw up scenarios for new systems and test their implementation
Specify the data, files, and logical operations that will be performed by the system, as well as the final data layout
Conduct research in order to keep abreast of technical and industry developments
Coordinate project meetings and record project requirements
Assess available solutions for technical and business suitability
Create logical and innovative solutions for problems in order to avoid recurrence
Coordinate with Brand suppliers in order to prepare e-files exchange with the department for specific projects
Provide training to users on new systems

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2 years of experience in a similar field
Strong knowledge in the Business field (ERP Systems)
Good Experience in SQL server , Access , SQL scripts coding …
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS office
