We are seeking a professional HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team in Alhazm , You should have to be a strong focus on maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing of HVAC system.

Monitor and preventative maintenance of all the all mechanical equipment refrigeration, heat exchanger, HVAC, Process Chiller Knowledge, Cooling Towers electrical, emergency backup systems; monitors operation, adjusts, and maintains refrigeration, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment; ventilating , pumps, valves, piping and filters; other mechanical and electrical equipment…etc.
Perform preventive maintenance on all base building and critical system equipment.
Record readings and make adjustments where necessary to assure proper operation of equipment.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections.
Follow good safety practices.

Skills:
3-5 years of experience
Technical diploma or state equivalent required
Experience in BMS operation
Proficient in reading electrical, control and refrigeration schematics.
Work to continuously improve skills and remain abreast of new technological developments.
