Key role and responsibilities are as below :
• Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs / BOQ for Steel Doors and Ironmongery
• Price & forecast the cost of the different materials essential for the Steel Doors and Ironmongery in line with the Fire and Building Standards.
• Estimate & Pricing the steel doors in line with the Civil Defense Requirement Based on Location of Steel Doors by Fetching same in Floor plan.
• Able to Propose the Suitable Ironmonger for Steel doors/ wooden doors based on the Door Location.
• Preparing Door and Ironmongery Schedule [ Including Masker Keying System ] From architectural Floor plans in accordance with Project Specification.
• Responsible for ensuring cost effective/ alternative solutions & error free quotation to customers.

Education:Basic – Any Graduation
