Job Summary
Responsible for following and practice safety & sanitary principles to prepare the highest quality food. shall practice teamwork, maintain a clean and safe environment, assist in receiving orders, and operate all machinery and equipment required for his/her station. Will complete prep, closing, equipment maintenance, and other duties, as specified by management

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
B.S./Diploma in Hotel Mangement or related fields is preferred.
Minimum experience of 5-8 years in similar jobs.(Lebanese cuisine)

Required Skills
Experience in lebanese cuisine is preferred
Good communication skills in English, preferably Arabic as well
Able to work professionally under pressure and stress, especially during busy hours
Capable of long hours of standing workload
Capable of carrying 20-25 kgs of load
Maintaining a good pace of work
Works together as a team and is a team player
Fulfilling any reasonable requests asked by the manager or the supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare for the specific needs of the shift by completing the following job tasks:Arrives at work in proper, clean uniform,Completes the station opening prep duties
Complete all food preparation according to recipes as set by the Franchisor, prep cards and standards.
Correctly labels all prepped product, and stages and zones product before, during, and after each shift.
Completely sets up station for each shift using schematics
Complete initial line checks prior to manager line checks. Verbally demonstrates quality assurance points to look for during line checks, including: Appearance,Temperature,Taste profile
Physically demonstrates knowledge of restaurant’s zoning scheme; returns all utensils, dishes, prep equipment, and product in the correct place before, during, and after each shift. Can locate utensils, dishes, prep equipment, and product at trainer or managers’ requests
Demonstrate pride in work by Always producing appealing food that is “picture perfect.”
Promoting teamwork, helping out coworkers in the kitchen as well as service and management teams
Recognizing that kitchen team is responsible for making a positive impact on the guest experience
Provide the best possible guest experience by Preparing food within specified time standards
Always working in a clean and safe environment.
Always accommodating guest special requests.
