Senior Store Services Specialist – Azadea Foundation , Qatar

Role Purpose
The Senior Store Services Specialist is responsible for supervising provided store services in order to ensure compliance with quality standards and resolves occurring problems within scope of authority.

Key Accountabilities
Ensure proper maintenance of office and stores on daily basis in assigned areas as requested by the hierarchy and in compliance with departmental and company policies and procedures
Inspect problematic areas, make recommendations, coordinate and/or conduct repair, improvements, installation, and maintenance
Inspect workmanship of installations in order to ensure conformity to plans and specifications on facility maintenance projects
Support the development of facilities policies, procedures and processes and establish best practices methodology (such as in energy management) in order to maintain retail chain and supporting functions
Manage schedules and all maintenance works and provide support to the stores and the back office Assist in the management of the maintenance team and contractors Prepare progress reports on facilities maintenance projects

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
5 years of experience in a similar field
Previous experience in retail is a plus
Knowledge and effective use of the principles and processes of providing customer and personnel services
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Office
