Role Purpose:
Lead the filming and editing of all video content for IsDB in line with its overall marketing strategy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for producing film content to cover a broad range of IsDB’s activity, including but not limited to: IsDB leadership team engagements and key activities, events, roadshows or regional visits
Shoot a number of filmed packages for IsDB owned channels including the website, newsletter and social media channels, to reach both internal and external audiences
Advise on film treatment and script in close collaboration with colleagues as appropriate
Identify stories that can best be told visually through film, supporting the wider aims and objectives of the marketing and communications division
Edit raw footage into filmed packages between 60 secs to 5 minutes depending on channel and brief

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Academic qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas of Film shooting and international film editing.
Languages
• English (Mandatory)
• Arabic (Preferred)
• French (Preferred)
Minimum number of years and nature of experience
• 5-7 years in a filming and film editing role
• Experience of working for a major global organisation of business
• Good understanding of IsDB external and internal landscape
• Can demonstrate examples of high-quality content
• Must be able to adapt content for range of audiences, from formal speeches to social media.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct interviews with IsDB personnel and other stakeholders as necessary
• Familiarity with video formats for use on different channels, including social and digital channels as well as traditional broadcast
• Ability to quickly respond to a brief and deliver content that satisfies creative and strategic objectives
• Ability to edit video within quick turnaround times
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Understanding and knowledge on the latest video trends and the potential of video as a marcomms tool
• Protect and promote the IsDB brand identity through, ensuring it is consistent
