Our Middle East and North Africa hub started in 1998 and has successfully operated in a wide range of countries, delivering project and programme management and cost consultancy services.

A project / construction manager of a Saudi office fit-out for a global bank. To be based in Dubai with regular visits to KSA.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development of the project management strategy and delivery.
• Being involved in the procurement of sub-consultants and contractors required for all of the packages.
• Helping to plan and to organise for the projects.
• Reporting to management on daily updates about the status of the project implementation.
• Reviewing tender, recommendation and eventual award of these packages.
• Assisting in the design management, delivery, quality time, cost and hand over of these key packages.
• Managing the sub-consultants and your supervisors and drive the nominated sub-contractors.
• Managing an extended professional team consisting of local and international, consultants, sub-consultants and contractors.

The successful applicant will need to have experience in coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to build robust, long term relationships within integrated teams.
