About Your Job:
You will be responsible to implement and follow the latest Food Safety standards in the industry. You will work with a team to establish a robust system which will be internally certified through accredited body. You will also implement process and procedures in tandem with all departments and will hold all documents for timely review. Furthermore, you will work towards implementing an effective HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) plan with complete SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and PRPs (Pre- Requisite Programmes) to implement Food Safety Management System in line with international standards.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years job related experience in developing Quality Management System in a flight catering or food production industries. It is essential that you are a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 22000 (Food Management System). You should also have excellent MS Office knowledge.
