About Your Job:
You will ensure that the team meets productivity and quality goals in your shift by managing the resources, from manpower to machines etc, defining the work process and effectively implementing them in the shift. You will be responsible to analyse the technical needs of cleaning and washing, train subordinates and supervise both processing activities and staff in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will also act as an expert on all technical issues of all systems available in Warewash.

About You:
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have high school qualification (e.g O level, Year 10, min compulsory education) and minimum of 6 years job- related experience. It is also essential that you have knowledge in computer applications related to ware washing and administration, advanced level of chemical knowledge and handling training. Moreover, you should have the ability to analyse productivity and quality related data, develop advancement of operation, ability to make training materials as well as train and develop subordinates’ skills, and ability to foster teamwork among team members. It is preferred that you have MS Office formal training and certification and diploma in logistics or operation management.
