This role is based in the Saudi Arabia Area which consists of 6 countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Yemen and Iraq. The role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Team: Reports to TAA Manager and is responsible and is responsible for logistics aspects of interviewing, assessment scheduling, candidate onboarding. Supports with executing employer branding activities in the region

What you can expect:
Ensure great candidate experience through providing logistical and administrative support to the recruitment process across functions and geographies
Manage interviewing/ assessments scheduling and coordinate effectively between candidate, HR and business teams.
Initiate pre-boarding activities like new hire system setup, background check, reference check, medical check, documentation etc. as required
Building trusted partnerships with APAC business and HR stakeholders; understand and cater to the hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements & gaps.
Generate brand recall for Maersk as an Employer of Choice by driving and supporting the talent attraction strategy catering to varied candidate segments

Key interdependencies:
Internal stakeholders: Extended TAA team, HRBPs, People partners, People advisors, Employees and Managers
External stakeholders: Vendors, IBM, Potential candidates

Critical competencies:
2-4 years of recruiting administrative experience
Knowledge and proven track record in implementing candidate engagement initiatives, executing superior candidate onboarding
Detail & result orientation, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, teamwork
