Attend to all communications related to sponsorship.
Enter sponsorship-related information on Banner and CRM.
Attend to Infodesk tickets, chats and phone calls from new and current sponsored students.
Provide advice and information to new and current sponsored students about sponsorship programs.
Communicate and coordinate with various AUS departments to facilitate the enrollment of sponsored students.
Generate and email reports of sponsored students to the sponsors as needed. This includes schedules and transcripts.
Process sponsored students’ course withdrawals, complete withdrawals and change of major forms.
Prepare and submit reports and information requested by the sponsoring organizations.
Receive and process sponsorship and suspension notifications in coordination with the Finance Department.
Arrange events between sponsoring organizations and sponsored students.
Conduct all other related duties as assigned.
Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in an academic institution.
Should be cordial and demonstrate strong communication skills, computer skills and customer relations skills.
Must be punctual, detail-oriented, organized and able to cope with high workloads and pressure.
Should show the ability to adhere consistently to policies, procedures and processes.
