Coordinate SEQ programs execution to maintain HSE culture through developing, promoting and maintaining HSE Programs for the department.
Job Context & Major Challenge(s) – I
Develop and execute numerous safety projects, programs and campaigns throughout the workplace for staff and contractors supporting SHE organisational performance.
Keep updated on best practices and International standards within Industry.
Multi task and independently manage assigned scope and deadlines with frequent changes in priorities and expectations.
Key Job Accountabilities – I
Roll out and promote HSEQ programs and campaigns across various Assets and Projects as per annual plan to meet business requirements.
Review and existing update HSEQ policies and procedures based on best practices and international standards and ensuring effective business processes are embedded into existing operations.
Execute training sessions, including Report and Manage Incidents, Incident Reporting for Lead Investigators for staff and contractors for the department.
Coordinate and maintain HSEQ incidents and safety observations reporting process following department planned and structured approach.
Key Job Accountabilities – II
Coordinate internal and external safety statistics and KPIs reporting for management review.
Prepare analysis, trending, reporting and control of HSEQ data and statistics.
Issue safety alert working and working with safety officer and operations.
Compile asset HSE&Q score cards reports and issue on weekly monthly basis.
Part B: Person Specification – Minimum Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in HSEQ discipline or equivalent.
Knowledge and/or Experience – I
6 years’ Safety, Environmental and Quality years’ operational experience.
