We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Stock Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving shipments, stock intakes, unpacking and order release for production, activities related to packing, moving on shelves, staging, loading and shipping goods to Distribution center, inventory management including cycle count and tracking all stock movements. Above activities needs to be mirrored through SAP and updates must reflect the physical movement in the SAP books. The candidate should have experience in forklifting and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
To be the focal point of contact between the procurement team & factory to manage the IBD of shipments from vendors to the factory and the OBD POC between the factory & DC or export place.
Ensure that all incoming goods are accurately received, checked, in good condition, recorded & documents archived, properly labeled and stored in the designated areas.
Load and unload trucks using vehicles, mechanized devices or equipment e.g. forklifts.
Operating vehicles, mechanized devices or equipment – running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts – for all activities related to receiving, shipping, staging, shelving etc -.
Monitor & document inventory levels to prevent overstocking or running out-of-stock “ replenish stocks as needed “.
Coordinate with internal functions for proper tracking and availability of the material; Co-ordination with buyer on excess, shortages and damages reported during inbounds.
Coordination with the order management team for return materials ;
Logging of RMA in the RMA tracker & maintain RMA Log Report;
Goods receiving, issuance to production and dispatches should be done as per set SOP’s and within agreed SLA’s.
SAP work to ensure sync between physical movement and system. Inputs to be accurately entered and outputs to be monitored for any discrepancies.
Ensure safety and quality met in handling operations manually or with the handling machine – as forklift, pallet jack etc – and logistics quality management.
Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.
Maintain accurate records of all stock movements through monitoring of daily warehouse activities of imports and exports.
Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock cycle counts.
Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing and labeling.
Coordinating stock control operations with stakeholders.
Maintaining safe and steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe storage & warehouse environment.
Inspecting equipment’s, controlling machines and processes – using either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes -.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Ensure that all OBD’s are planned, arranged via SAP and communicated with the local logistics team, DC & FF/courier, shipping documents arranged, goods are accurately and safely packed, labeled & recorded.
Maintaining and updating OBD records.
Performing Administrative Activities – Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, processing paperwork & attending meetings.

Qualifications & Experience
Min 5 – 9 years of experience in Warehousing & Distribution.
Minimum 2 years forklift experience.
Valid Forklift Driving License.
Should be at least a graduate, and any certification in Warehouse/SCM will be preferred.
Strong command of English both written and spoken; Arabic language knowledge can be a plus.
Working knowledge of ERP – SAP is an advantage, with preferred knowledge on other ERP’s used in supply chain and warehousing – BRP & BRV
Analytical skills to investigate and understand root cause, combined with problem solver attitude.
High competence in standard MS Office applications including Word, Excel with basic knowledge of Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and functions
Must have ability to effectively communicate, written and verbal.
Should be well versed with all processes related to Warehouse and Supply Chain.
Good knowledge on packaging standards & defect management
Team player, pro-active with a professional approach.
Saudi national preferred.
