ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT | STUDENT RESIDENTIAL LIFE DEPARTMENT –

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day operations of the office of Student Residential Life Department (SRLD).
Coordinate, oversee and perform a wide variety of administrative and secretarial support activities.
Promote SRLD events through social media outlets.
Support daily departmental activities including student events and activities.
Attend to student requests and queries.
Transact with internal administrative units such as Finance Department, Human Resources, Public Affairs, Transportation, Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing, and Procurement Department to perform a wide variety of tasks including banner requisitions, publications, part-time staff contracts, staff training, gate passes for visitors, visas, press releases and much more.
Make arrangements for special events including catering, announcements, invitations and venue preparation.
Perform other duties as maybe assigned by Senior Manager.

Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Computer literate with high aptitude for technology
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to manage student events, seeing projects through from start to finish
Values collaboration in a dynamic working environment
Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem
Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
